I want to optimize my diet so that I'm getting plenty of nutrients. What foods are the best bang for buck?

Liver, eggs, sardines. But you shouldn't eat organ meat more than twice a week.

Milk tbh. Has literally every mineral except iron, which you don’t want to get too much of anyway. Every vitamin too except the fat soluble ones.
i think you could thrive off of a milk and liver only diet

Meat on bone preferably Lamb, eggs, fish, seafood

Have organ liver at least once a week. Eat whole foods and get a lot of morning sun, drink Reverse Osmosis water, avoid junk food and eat 4-5 servings of fruits or vegetables daily.
