What are the most optimal chest and shoulder workouts?

Is there any compound exercises that hit both chest and shoulders?

If not one of the most optimal ones for both and what's the proper form that I should be using to get the most out of my workout?

chest flies, lateral raises, shoulder press, all machine preferably.

If I don't have a machine will it work the same?
Or will I need to like really focus on my form?

You'll be fine with cables, dumbbells will work as well but due it would be hard to progress. Form shouldn't really be a concern for these exercises
