I want u to differenciate between starving and being underweight via a normal kcal deficit.

Starving:
- Stress on the body (eye bags i guess from bad sleep or smth)
- low energy

Underweight:
- Hair loss
- low energy

Im just curious about the negative effects of being underweight/starving, is it also bad for the brain?

I am not understanding the question, do you want the differences or the negative effects of both?

Starving= Not eating anything, very unsustainable insane toll on the body, cortisol skyrockets, muscle loss is gonna be crazy (body thinks its in survival mode and needs protein), things such as skin and hair are also gonna be affected badly since its pretty useless tissue which your body wont be able to hold onto without any nutrients. A kcal deficit thats done over a decent period of time (not too fast), is alot safer since your body will prioritize fatloss as its still getting a good amount of food and just mainly use your fatstores, Muscle is gonna be maintained (maybe very slight loss), although if you are heading into underweight territory you will still experience bad side effects such as worse indicators and some muscle loss since its still a bad toll on the body and you shouldn't ever try to get underweight tbh. If you're tryna leanmax just try and retain most of your muscle by weightlifting.

Also high protein and the basics, good sleep just dont stress your body too much theres a difference between healthy weightloss and and insane deficit with tons of cardio and low protein

Sadly I love starving but I also care for my looks, i guess I wont starve since i want to keep my hair.
I just want to starve without impacting my sleep (i take daridorexant so doesnt really matter), hair or skin aging negatively

i dont care abt muscle mass, im already a 170 twink

I remember I basically went on a crash diet like 2100kcal below maintenance. Lost a lot of hair and went on dut but instead I started eating like normal again and my hair grew back like fuck from just proper nutrition.

For skin I believe collagen can drop from starving and for males your brain isn't fully developed till your roughly 25 so probably not a great idea. Even worse if your still going through puberty.

Why would you want to lose weight when you're already skinny??
Well im a twink in the sense of not having muscles and being short, but im around 18% body fat or smth and my bmi is like 20

Starving makes you aggressive and less productive. It can also cause depression or body dysmorphia

I remember when I first started Carnivore and was eating around 1000 Kcal's daily, The brainfog was surreal, I had the worst headache for a solid 5 hours, Couldn't think straight, Remembering was a nightmare.

Yeah, it has that effect. You need to eat depending on your height
If you’re 6’4 you can’t copy the diet of a manlet and expect to be healthy

Yeah I think that started around a week after I began this diet.

I remember I was okay for the first few days, but around day 3-4 I had the worst migraines of my life, the brainfog was so bad to the point where I couldn't even identify where I was getting shot at while on fortnite with my friend's, but a week after everything was okay again, I started incorporating more fruit's into my diet (though I was still stuck on the Steak + Eggs bs)
