What are the odds of not have the growth plates fused at 19?

Very little but apparently even if they look closed on an x-ray, there's still a thin layer of growth tissue up until the early 20s, so you might grow an extra inch or two if you take HGH...

I'll do doordash more often and spend 7 grand a year on this if I have to. This on top of MSE.

If I could get to 6 foot it would be all worth it

beacuase i was short and always wanted to increase my height


My elder brother was always a bit tall so i always had a desire to reach his height or surpass him,a few days ago he came back home from university,and we are both the same height now,stretching helpmed me

My dad is taller then me so I can relate.

He also has a bigger frame then me I don't think HGH will help with that though

spine-Stretching(my method,i grew 3 inches wiht it) and sleep stretching(telegram method,would cost u 100-200$ for the equipments used,spme guys got 2-3 inches from it a the age of 23+) can help uou for spinal growth.

look into @deadlock frame frauding thread,there he mentions ribcage expansion exercises and steeve reeves frame exercises,it can halp u if u combine those exercises with peptides and igf1 lr3(hgh is more expensive,peptides to the same thing)

Like, you actually grew measurable inches just from stretching?

How do you know it wasn't puberty?

I'm 17 and 6'2'' but I'd love to grow an inch or two.
