Yeah watch blood sugar for sure or just eat low carb. You do not wanna get insulin resistance

For a month before it, test your blood sugar in the morning and night time (you need a finger prick thing). Record all the data (this will be your control for your future tests). Then you need to do the same thing, twice a day, for your entire cycle. If your blood sugar gets to an abnormally high rate (not an outlier, like its actually rising) you need to stop taking it immediately. MK can actually give you diabetes and its too late to prevent once you've passed the prediabetic phase into Type II diabetes.
