I had a hair transplant a short time ago so it's still growing it still feels like I'm bald 2 more months I should have good growth

Maybe a rhinoplasty and (small) infraorbital implants. A photo of your side profile would have been helpful.

the pimples was because of the steroid cycle I did with high bodyfat, I'm using tretinoin to fix it

You need some high trust/feminne features
You look dimorphic and high t so much that it makes look unapealing and not aproachable .

@Syobevoli have same problem maybe he can help you out.

You could for example get fuller upper lip, that would make you more fem
