A wider palate = wider paranasal base = more airflow = easier breathing

Less headaches, more brain function and usage due to less repressed airways and more blood going to the brain, sleep apnea cure. tfw you have too wide zygos, too wide fwhr.
But not wide palate and more important : Average size lips...
I want to do MSE if i can only get mouth widening.....
But i don't think it beeing possible.

You have a very narrow palate, you should get MSE if you can. It’ll be impossible for you to mew and/or have proper tongue posture
