It's hard to say how much has changed with the Zoomer generation, I feel like it's gotten harder. But when I was in college (2019 grad) and within my frat what I saw was:

1. Tall/ Handsome and not autistic - you will pull Stacy. You don't need to be in a frat.

2. HTN in a good Frat with good social skills

Be NT, have a social circle, and not ugly. Being in a frat helps a lot especially at like party state schools.
