I actually want to do it. Its not worth 6k but $150 hell yeah

MSE is the biggest cope. Widening zygos fucks IPD

Spending 20-30k at a real hospital afterwards to fix the abomination you've created.

It's not the MSE device that costs so much but the 2 series of braces that you're gonna have to wear for a long time after the MSE to correct your bite.

The risks are huge actually, @nelson did it and got fucked up iirc, do not do it

Wait what does that mean, so if I have normal IPD I'll have wide-set fish eyes like Brett Maverick?

I would do it for improved airway + slight CCW rotation. Expecting any psl boost would be delusion

No drastic PSL boost = not worth the risk tbh

Do you have any links to nelson posts. Also I would pay some cheapo orthodontics to give me invisiline

no you eyes would look narrower because your cheekbones would be wider

he means es ratio probably

i agree and I want it myself
But wtf is ES eye separation ratio if not IPD, then? Put it in laymen terms then: will my eyes be more wide-set if my IPD is normal currently?

woah woah wtf.... that's not cool at all.. O_O I might cancel MSE. I'll have to discuss this with my ortho. Would I have close-set eyes? WTF man nobody said this to me

It looks simple enough
This is your face we are talking about. Do you want to take big risks with your face? It’s entirely up to you, but you should definitely consider the potentially disastrous consequences if you install it and incorrectly

quit freaking out. u act like lowiqcel. I told u this before. Widing the zygos is a looksmin! You should limit your lateral expansion and focus on forward growth/ ccw rotation

so how do I do MSE without getting close-set eyes then? I need it to widen my mouth and palate

just send it bro. as long as your es ratio isn't on the verge of being to close set you'll be fine

the biggest risk is definitely during the injection phase, since the places you need to inject are really ambiguous, and the risk of infection

if you disregard those two factors the worst thing that can happen is that the mse fails, which poses no medical worry, just a waste of time/money

150$ lol, more like 1000$.
The risk is you being a nigger and fucking it up, not doing the cortical punctures and not splitting the suture, and whatnot, i would wait for reports of the users who self installed it, they are not updating so maybe they all failed.
I would buy the device and pay a dentis to install it.

Yeah ik but I meant like what went wrong. Yeah but sometimes there's no decent practitioner near u and I have no way of paying for it properly
