I know this sounds silly but what are the safest roids to use for bone growth at 16? like what roids could i take for a few months but not cause serious life changing side effects?

this is my face rn and i think i have pretty average bone mass for a black teenager but obviously i want more

If ur in the USA or UK, u can do what I said + fashionmaxx and speak slang (to a certain degree) and play sports and you are hyper NT. if your meat is big then u get BBC add on, if not look into dick pumps

bro all you have to do is follow the normal test maxxing protocal you already have good testosterone genes and you’re most definitely one of the few people who can Actually get to an above average test level through only lifestyle changes compared to the average person. But yes hopping on test + ai will definitely get you more growth
