Assuming I know what you're talking about. The ball is your chin and I believe that those lines are the result of fat in other areas. Hope this helps.

how would it be fat in other areas? im not fat, mostly 10% fat and im 61kg at 5'7 only

like in the cheek area. Sometimes its just genetic.
