What are these small hairs on my hand?

I just ran my hand through my hair and saw this. Is it over for my hair? You’ll have to zoom in to i see the hairs in between the creases of my palm print.

the hairs are either stuck due to sweaty or some sticky substance on ur hand or the hair texture is very rough and pierced your hand.. probably the first.
