Circled in blue they don’t look like cystic acne but like i’ve tried skincare for a while and it doesn’t go like i don’t know what type of acne it is and how to fix it

not too bad i eat alot of whole foods i go to the gym and do boxing so i eat pretty healthy it’s like 80/20

salicylic acid works wonder. get the syrem from the ordinary. i had it for a while and it was so good. ill show a pic. use it like 3-4 times a week at the start
