I was wondering what the things I’ve circled in red are called because I’ve noticed some people that have them and when I looked it up I couldn’t find anything about it so I was wondering if anyone knew what they were and what are solutions to fix it anything helps

I forgot exactly but i think they are called labiomental pillows or lower lip fat pads???? let me know if this was right. im p sure they are completely genetic too which sucks ass, i have not researched any fixes either, glad u dont have them
