Yes, the food that didn't turn out well in the fryer is put in a box and reused to make other products. For example, the fried chicken that comes out badly is reused for cannelloni. Not to mention that the process uses oils that are almost industrial in quality. Then it goes into a cold storage room that you literally can't enter without equipment because it's so cold. Then it's packaged and shipped; it's an endless cycle.

I only drink milk (food) and some meat here and there

You can rely on only milk tho (milk alone is better than any vegan food JFL) i have 3 months on this diet and i feel good
