What are things I can do to maximize my craniofacial growth for a year or 2 before I do surgery?

Steroids, substances, facial excercises, etc as long as it isn't too expensive and realistic to get. I'll do any method and literally stack everything realistic suggested into my routine and consistently do it every day I just need the knowledge thanks guys. This is PURELY for optimizing facial bone and horizontal growth, height optimizations and other things are not being focused on at all.

Bro I put serious as the flair for a reason, and even if it was realistic (it isn't, at least for aesthetics) it'd be incredibly expensive, far more than the surgery I'm saving for.
