Im also confused on what the standards are for this. Are we also ranking based off moral compass? Because in that case Genghis Khan slaughtered so many people that it created fucking man-made climate change before the Industrial revolution. He cooled the fucking earth with how unbelievably brutal his forces were, which my ND ass cannot tell if that's insanely badass or maniacal/stupid. Regardless Genghis Khan was a person, a very unbelievable person
