I don't remember how long i took it, but i wish i had taken it longer

I have a decent beard now, but the new hairs that came from minoxidil are still not as hard as the ones i already had

You need zinc and b-group vitamins, this will make them thicker

I used to take that, don't think it helped much

And if u have an okay lower third u can still fraud with a shorter beard, like 3-5mm
