May it be. Just make the usa and canada borders protected so the same cycle does not begin again. If they have trouble they should move towards the south, there is mexico, colombia, brazil, haiti, etc. A whole world to live and see. Blacks think that happiness is in usa and europe but they never tried to go to south america, south asia etc.
I think they have higher chances to feel more comfortable and more in balance there.
