i heard deadlifts could damage your growth plates and make you a manlet
 
Everything that has a high risk if injury. Too much strain can also fuck you up
 
literally anything that loads your spine. gymcels and weightliftingcels will tell you that it will increase your height but don't listen to them. Just look at their heights and make your judgement. The only acceptable squats are body weight pistol squats and bulgarian split squats. Deadlifts are not even an option. If you want to train your posterior chain, do farmer carry. I can't even begin to explain how mind blowing this exercise is. its optimal from every biomechanical standpoint
 
Gym overrated as fuck, do sprints+masaai jumps, maybe some chalistenics and stretching.
If you Want so a martial art or sport that you like.

getting punched will just increase stress and age you badly. martial arts is pure masculinity cope. You should avoid stress at all costs. The rest is great advice. But stretching (like yoga) is pretty much nonce. It contracts one part of the the body to stretch other muscle and fascia. quite pointless

True, thats why i was saing that if you realy want to move and train at least avoid the Gym itself.

you can go to the gym and avoid exercises that load the spine. A gym usually has a neutral grip pull up bar which can be useful
