You have a genetic limit of dick size. To achieve all this size high dht high prenetal t and t and other androgens are important. Thats like the major difference between male and females. Males get the y chromosome which let testosterone in the womb be produced. Lets say your dicksize limit is 22cm and you reach only 50% of it you would have a 11cm dick. Btw women with higher testosterone have bigger paw lips in the vagina basically a very very small dick.
