then after that cut to 10% and prioritize collagen maybe even come off

I say this is a bad idea because he is sacrificing his health for something he can get naturally at first and because he hasn’t tested his genetics to see if they are good enough that hopping on will yield a good ROI

He says it’s dumb to wait to get natural gains when u can speed it up with gear
