ngl it’s done wonders for me, I lost about 14 kilograms using this method. Just hit the cart and do 30 minutes stairmaster or sum shi and then hit a lift n finish off with 45 minutes of incline treadmill

I’m deadass just chilling listening to some chronic bp music or lm playlists on SoundCloud lmfaoo
EDIT: by ‘chronic bp music’ I mean pretty much anything you see in a them tt videos that are popular these days. Could be 2000s pop to some crazy hardstyle shit

Whenever I smoke before training I always feel like I get more tired than I should be

But I’ve heard it works for some people as in makes them more active so if it works fair enough

Yeah I think it’s just how everyone reacts to weed differently, I just drink like 2 monsters before

to be fair I keep my weed usage pretty low and take breaks for months at a time if I’m not actively trying to lose weight
 
Gonna try this out. I’ve just been using the geek bar to suppress my appetite and just started Reta too
 
Weed is not beneficial to anything with your looks
