i went from 5.5cm to 6.5cm at my peak

then people told me my mouth looked to wide

so i dont widen at all and its permanently 6cm. mind u .5cm is alot tbh, especially on the face

if you pull on your cheeks so they don't form while widening it shouldn't be an issue imo

still I think it's something that works in theory but almost noone has the dedication or is autistic enough to do it long enough to get actual results

yeah just do it in a way so they don't form while widening. you have to to pull your cheeks back towards your ears so the skin flattens out.
