Decent. Nothing to upset me, slightly queasy.This post is a completelely free-speech, free-flow thread, meant as a diary and discussion space without ANY judgment, filters or structure.

You don't have to sound smart, try to not be corny, or make any sense, JUST TYPE. Any input is appreciated and seen as a lot - venting, chatting, jokes, shizo ramblings - they're all welcome.

good luck with working out, once you get used to a routine its very very easy to go every day.
. For the working out part, my dad can just tell me what to do and that’s it, but my body is so weak it literally is like Jack Hanma before he took steroids
