Trust me, it is very bad. U probably live in the west, where Jews are of European heritage and they all are white. Here in Israel most of the population are not even ashkenazis but comes from North Africa, Middle East and the subhuman countries. So they look very bad. I can relate. I only began to make improvements with any significant effects once I turned 18 and had my own money and my parents cooled off on me. Before hand I had no money and my parents constantly interfered. Unless you are lucky to have a friend or sibling who will work with you and understand you and help, it is pretty difficult to do anything. Your best bet is just to leanmaxx and lift and have a good diet, and do the fundamentals like hair, skin and teeth. Softmaxx as much as you can and buy whatever effective and useful things that you can convince your parents to be fine with. That’s better than nothing.
