• Humor and love of laughing - which translates into a pretty positive body language, good smile, and similar
• Intelligence - honestly, I can be pretty dumb sometimes too, but the areas where I am smart are worthwhile
• physique - I am in good shape for my age (50).

I think personality is a huge part of looks. One of the most important keys to face-to-face interaction is nonverbal communication - things like body language, micro expressions, resting facial expressions. If you are in a good mental place, it shines out through all of these subtle channels and attracts others. I think it is hard to fake that. Just my opinion.
