What are your daily copes that make you alive ?

For me:

1. Sunlight

it started to get sunny and with sun exposure my mood lifts instantly, probably has other ton of benefits but it's an available cope and I have a balcony

2. Homemade Brownies

just legitimately ultra tasty stuff, any bite put me on a high, I just have to not eat too much or too late otherwise I could get fat and the caffeine content would interfere with my sleep

3. Video games

I mostly play one video game at a high level, I'm just passionate about it, it's technical, and it's good for my brain to focus like an competitive autist
I prefer doing that than rot and stare at the ceiling like a subhuman

4. Long Cardio

Just improve mental well being a lot, it's hard to do long sessions, but it's worth, mood isn't the same after a long session

what are your copes of choice ?

Gaming and anime. I spend most of my days playing l4d2 all day and maybe watching an episode or two of some anime. Reading light novels if I'm bored or don't feel like playing l4d2.

gaming (sometimes not as much as i used to)

Coping isn't inherently bad every action we take is coping in way or another
