I actually used to do a martial art and I'm going back soon. at a much higher risk of some perminant eye damage.

apart from that I'd like braces + wider palate/face in general

and to top it off a nose job. mk677 grew my nose just enough that while it's not big it's just too big to be ideal for a prettyboy

every other problem I have is body. Height (5'8, huge failio untill around 5'10 where face matters more) thin wrists (6.5 inch at the thinnest point) & hips are just about slightly too wide to ever look aesthetic on me (while shirtless 29 inch hips with 26-27 inch waist)

I like everything else about my body that can't be changed without surgery.

You could try to hairfraud. If you grow your hair a bit longer or style it a certain way, you can give the illusion of having a shorter forehead. Also, there's something called Hairline Reduction Surgery but I'd not recommend because if you ever start thinning or balding you'll have a visible scar on your forehead.

3.5 hairline is best, 4 is maximum and shouldn't require a forehead reduction. Just get a hairtransplant.
