No worries Bhai.

Those dishes are generally from that belt from Kabul to Amritsar, and it's much less spicy than normal Indian food. Once u get past the Kashmiris and Dogras, so start going east of patiala, the food gets spicier and based on oniok garlic cumin coriander.

Instead of onion coriander cumin we use asafoetida, fennel, to replicate it.

Also check out cholistani chicken and peshwari chicken karahi, I made it for my Indian friend a couple of weeks ago, and he said it tasted way better than it sounded!!!
