Deadlift hurts

I gotta get in the weight room more cuz people my age are doing like 275 and even 315 for bench

I started lifting 9 months ago

I barely bench 125
I don’t squat much anymore it’s stuck at 115 :forcedsmile::forcedsmile::forcedsmile: I can’t increase it I gave up I have 20 inch thighs I dunno if that’s good they look to big anyway

Deadlift like 165 RDL version tho

Shoulder press don’t even begin :feelskek::feelskek::feelskek:

Benching more than you squat holy 😭

I got a skinny ass friend and his bench is 65 and his squat is 50 and he’s not even trolling I didn’t think it was possible

Imagine extremely skinny arms but a massive pregnant belly and tits
