not necessarily in terms of looksmaxxing but in term of wellbeing where you actually felt the effects?

I take 300mcg k2, 100mg E, 500mg elemental magnesium from glycinate/malate/taurate, 1g L-Theanine, 600mg NAC, some nigella sativa seeds, Borax 100mg, B complex and high dose thiamine, periactine, aspirin, pregnenolone 100mg

diet is beef potatoes some vegetables and fruits fish dairy kefir

I don't take all of them everyday but I think im pretty secure I come from poor health trying to have the change to live a normal life someday

Nothing I can do come close to semen retention in my case but I notice that the retention benefits (or diminution of POIS symptoms) appear quicker when following this protocol
