ill try it out, i struggle with making any meaningful goals but i will test it outTried this many times throughout the years, the only time it has worked for me to any extent was by writing relatively explicit rather than vague goals. For instance, instead of writing "I want to get lean", I'd write "I want to reach X kg/lb with X% body fat" and if I'd achieve that goal then I'd just set a new one. I think being a bit more specific when it comes to writing down your goals can help a lot when it comes to actually achieving them, especially if they're somewhat realistic.
