I am thinking to get jaw implants because of my small chin and because I don't have flared Gonions. What are your thought on small implants ? wraparound are better or just chin and gonial?

Gonial/jaw implants is the shittiest surgery

All result i have seen from it and even irl experience when i did my surgery was extremly bad. It just never looks neither natural or good. I have seen like 10+ giant result, 4-5 ram result and 6 pag result. Also a few on the internet, and i have never seen one good or even half decent result...

Silicone causes bone resorption. I believe PEEK and Titanium don't. Costs depend on what country and even what clinic you do it in. at least 10k.
