What are your thoughts on astaxanthin, lycopene and beta cartone?

Title. I used them years ago and they did give me an orange tint. I don't remember the doses is it worth starting again? What doses you recommend and which is the best of the bunch.

asthaxanthin is supposedly 6000x times a stronger of an antioxidant than vitamin C so i take it for that reason its expensive though so I am not sure if i will continue, as far as beta carotene goes you need a load up on it like 15 mg+ plus daily for a while(2 months) then you can take the pill every few days just to maintain. once I am back from my vacation I ll try beta carotene probably and will make sure to tag you.
