So I got a DEXA scan a while ago. My total body fat % is 16, however, the body fat on my stomach is 25%. Is there a chance if I lose the body fat on my stomach, I will also get a more defined face, or, is my face already lean due to my overall low body fat?

Eye fat
nasolabial fat
malar fat

Are you Indian/south Asian? They are prone to belly fat with 30% more fat cells in the belly area and diabetes risk etc.

If you have disproportionate fat stored in the belly area that won't go away with diet. I suggest getting vaser liposuction to remove the fat cells to make it proportionate to the rest of you.

Nope, I am 100% white. I stress a lot and most likely have ridiculous high cortisol levels so when I eat I would assume I gain fat mostly in my belly region cause of that and not other areas.
