What area of my face should I bone smash and does it cause acne?

I don't really know how bonesmashing works and i've been thinking about starting it and then posting the results a year later. If I were to start is there a way to like de-sterilize the hammer with something so I dont get acne? Also does it give acne scars because im getting microneedling im on the aftermatch of the 3rd procedure and its actually helped a lot but I dont know if it'll give me acne scars cause i dont really got anymore.
