yes do chin too. i didnt notice how recessed you were
use your knuckles for 2-3 minutes each side, rest head on pillow whilst doing it, do 2 sets every 3 days

sorry ik im asking a lot of question, i used to do 20 minutes on each zygo, do you not recommend that long and also how hard should I do it for?
