idk any criminal could travel anywhere, complete mass immigration, impossible to monitor everyone, law enforcement would have to get 10 times the funding, also mass immigration will lower the value of a single worker and make everyone broke as shit, would absolutely nuke all kinds of culture in the west. countries have enough to do with their own citizens, if they let anyone in they might as well give a free rape pass to everyone
