Its good use 200 mg for blood thinning lowering inflammation
I use Vitamin E 400 iu currently for the same effects

alpha tocopherol depletes gamma tocopherol which plays a bigger part in reducing reactive nitrogen species, its easy to get alpha tocopherol harder to get gamma thorugh diet so taking alpha tocop ur depleting what little gamma toco u have since the carrier protein is selective for alpha over gamma toc

whats the ratio? i think 2:1 gamma alpha might be best, alpha is not as good as gamma for reactive nitrogen species which is main concern
