Guess he has a really small waist/pelvis...

Legit 22inch bideltoid is at least 90 percentile + Laid is an ectomorph with his insertion points so he definitely has a small waist. My guess is between 28 - 29 inches circumference. Shoulder - waist ratio way more important than raw bideltoid width unless you are ogre-maxxing.
