What Baclofen Only dose before going out

I cant get access to Pregabalin and onky have baclofen extended release. What dose should I take and when and shoukd I pair it with alcahol cause no pregab

last time I mixed 40mg of baclofen w/ 300mg of pregab as well as 1 shot of vodka.

Best combo I've done so far, but I'm not sure abt the dose if you can only do baclofen.
