what are you goals? it's very context dependent. if you're trying to grow taller and your plates are still open, just run some gh. i'm agnostic to whether or not that will even do anything tho tbf.

You always need Estradiol for sex drive, mood, vascular function, joints ,etc.

Clomid raises LH and FSH
Higher LH → signals the testes
Higher FSH → supports sperm production


Clomid often pushes testosterone above baseline, sometimes into high-normal levels.

More testosterone → more estradiol
Clinics assume this will happen even if your E2 was normal before

i changed my mind on the whole enclo/HCG only cycle cope. I'm gonna be running test + HCG and if estradiol levels get too high then I would take an AI.
