As we age our skin gets worse. But how does bone structure change as we age?

How is a 25 year old guy different from his 20 year old self besides skin quality?

Bone degradation has biggest impact.
 
Things like posture and how you move are indicators of age. But the difference between 20 and 25 on those metrics is not much. Would say a 25 year old is typically more robust and better dressed. Ever notice how a college football player in a suit looks a lot older.

Body proportions, the way you move

but skin is the most important factor
 
Elastin, hairline, hair quality, posture, body language.
 
How you move, hairline, posture, your undereyes.

Look at MMA fighters. It’s hard to tell their age because they’re so athletic and healthy. Health is the best indicator of age.

Looking healthy= good lucking.
Moving/acting healthy= aging well


Look at Joe Rogan on Youtube. He’s 52 and is aging better than your average American 40 year old. Sure, it’s genes but also lifestyle. He’s on TRT, probably low dosage HGH, and workouts a lot. He’s an extremely healthy looking 52 year old.

Staying in shape via working out, pushing your body via physical exercise, not drinking a lot and smoking and wearing sun screen, will make you age 10x better than the average male.

The average male doesn’t work out, drinks, may smoke, and is overweight, not to mention lacks sleep. Just by doing the cliche things like sleeping enough and working out will make you age better than the average male.

Sedentary life style affects your weight, hormone profile, posture, and looks. It is literally killing you.

What makes you look 60 is not collagen itself though it plays a part bones phyically change
