So unfortunately there are 2 options here. Either due to some lack of bone structure which I can't explain your ogee curve is basically the reverse of what it should be or you're so fat that your cheeks bloat anteriorly which I haven't really seen. I'm sorry for your situation but your really need to post this in the looksmaxing section and ask what implants would be optimal. My guess is they'll tell you to get zygo implants and maybe a bimax but in my opinion a bimax is way too invasive of a procedure so I would recommend zygo implants because other than that I don't know what can fix your ogee curve
