First pic september 2018 : 93kg

second pic April 2019 : 65kg and start the gym (10lbs on dumbell bench)

now : 65kg too but more lean and more strong

im 5’8 , 24yo

I switch between bulk and lean but now I lean to really see veins and hope have schredded bones on face. Cant go roid beceause already MPB

I don't want too much extra muscle. I already get compliments sometimes, it makes irl better

Fcking true framelet low t, wrist make me feel bad everytime with 140lbs on bench
