I do bodyweight once a week, but I used to do it every other day when I started.

never, it grew from deadlifting.

my core routine is:

  • 50 bicycle crunches.
  • 70 second plank.
  • 70 second plank left side.
  • 70 second plank right side.
  • 80 mountain climbers
  • -short pause-
  • 30 raised knee situps
  • 20 jack knife situps
  • repeat 3 times.

I see not much oblique-focused exercise. Is oblique training a stupid move? (Aesthetics wise)

I have no idea. According to him he said one time that he ‘doesn’t have to try to stay fit’. Idk it’s either top genetics or he’s larping and actually tracks every calorie he eats

Nigga, even with greatest genetics u cant stay 10% whole year if u actually eat normal
