biceps barely give you arm size it's most triceps

i do skull crushers and pull overs for those, for biceps i only do barbell curls

Isnt tricep like most of your upper arm?

My tris are pretty big already my biceps dont seem to grow at all

Look ive heard what the other poster said about biceps not giving your arms size but i disagree. To me its the most noticable arm muscle.

To answer your question, its a combination of doing lots of back exercises with lots of weight , and isolating them in any way you like. For example you could start your workout with bent over rows, and pull up machine/regular pull ups, then do a bicep isolation exercise or two, do one more back exercise and finish with a different isolation for biceps. The combo of the two will cause lots of growth. Back exercises grow ur biceps cause ur carrying alot of weight which will over load the biceps and overtime allow you to use more weight on bicep isolation exercises and more weight = more growth.

Getting big biceps is one of the easier muscles to grow.

It doesn't matter just choose one with easy progression and overload and that is stable like machine preacher curl and progressively overload it
