What bicep size will the general public think is"big"

I'm 177cm and 68kg with 14 inch biceps. Will 15 inch biceps look "big" or just average. Btw I mean flexed measurement and lean biceps, not fatceps

Depends on your wrist, height, weight etc. For me 15 inches is big enough to people start notice that.

These niggas seem to have similar size, but guy on the left looks better, because he is shorter, overall smaller, and his biceps are shorter too, so he has peak.
