What blood work for HGH?

Is fasting glucose and HbA1c enough? I wanna use 2IU, Ik it won't do shit for muscle growth, but I can't gymcel bcs of an old injury that heals too slow, I tried bpc 157 at 500mcg a day for a month, but barely did anything!

also check fasting insulin, IGF-1 (main marker of HGH activity), thyroid panel (TSH, T3, T4), lipids, and prolactin.

Get baseline labs before starting, then recheck every few months

  • IGF-1 for dose efficacy
  • Fasting Glucose for insulin sensitivity
  • HbA1c for glycemic control
  • Fasting Insulin for pancreatic strain
  • Lipid Panel for cardio risk
  • TSH/Free T4 for thyroid balance
  • AST/ALT for liver health
  • Creatinine/eGFR for kidney function
  • Hematocrit/Hemoglobin for blood viscosity checkup
Could add electrolytes to see effect on bloat but also can be visually checked by looking in the mirror and realising youre bloated asf (or not).

Is igf-1 rly neccesary? Bcs I will get pharma grade and I know it's not fake! I just don't wanna become insulin resistent

Yes, everybody reacts differently. Dont fix a dose, fix s serum IGF1 you want to hit. Measure same daytime same food intake and titrate the dose.

And how often to get these blood work? Should I also buy a blood glucose monitor?
